ARWO member El Paso Water, El Paso, Texas, will soon break ground on a highly innovative advanced water purification facility. One of the first direct-to-distribution potable water reuse projects in the United States, the facility will be capable of supplementing the city’s drinking water supply with up to 10 million gallons of purified water per day.
